Year 10 Pre-Public Examinations (PPEs)

Dear Parent/Carer

As you are aware your child collected/received their PPE’s last week, please be reminded that these need to be handed in on Monday 6th July 2020 at the latest so we can then get the papers marked and issued to you before we break up for the summer. If papers are not completed, students will be awarded a ‘U’. Your child can either bring them into school on their allocated day if they are attending school or bring to Reception on any day between the times of 8.30am and 3.00pm. Please be aware students can bring their papers in once they have completed instead of waiting until they have completed the full set.

It is crucial all students engage with this process and complete all of the papers so that;

  • We have accurate data and therefore evidence that they are working at the grade that they deserve
  • We are preparing as much as possible to cover all possibilities as next year’s situation is still very much unclear
  • We can ensure the students are as committed as we are to their studies so we are all doing the very best we can do to ensure their grades are the best they can be. This can only happen if you help us help you!

May I take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support.
