Mrs Wilkins is going to be running sessions during the Easter Holidays for students both practical and theory. Please see the timetable below:

Year 10 Hospitality and Catering – Wednesday 7th April
Practical Assessments 10:00am-1:00pm
Theory going through assessment objectives 1:30pm-3:00pm

Year 11 Food Preparation and Nutrition – Thursday 8th April 10:00am-2:00pm
NEA Computer based session. A chance for students to fill in gaps, make further progress and plan for final practical assessments.

Year 11 Food Preparation and Nutrition – Friday 9th April 10:00am-2:00pm
Practical work – fill in recipe trials and have a go at ideas for their final recipes if they wish. They will also have access to the IT room in Tech if any need/want to complete further written work.
